Ronshine China Holdings Limited reported unaudited operating statistics for July 2024, revealing a monthly total contracted sales of approximately RMB 601.61 million and contracted gross floor area of about 46,389 square meters, amounting to an average selling price of RMB 12,969 per square meter. For the first seven months of the year, the Group’s aggregate contracted sales reached around RMB 3.96 billion over 329,856 square meters, with an average price of RMB 12,016 per square meter. The company cautions investors that these preliminary figures are subject to change and should not be relied upon for trading decisions.
