Roland Corporation has announced the receipt of a significant dividend amounting to MYR 184 million from their consolidated subsidiary, MI Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Although this will be recorded as non-operating income in the company’s non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, it will not affect the consolidated financial results.
