Rokmaster and Kootenay Seal Mining Agreement

Kootenay Resources, Inc. (TSE:KTRI) has released an update.

Rokmaster Resources Corp. and Kootenay Resources Inc. have finalized an option agreement allowing Rokmaster to acquire a 60% interest in the Fox-Coconut and Mystery Properties in British Columbia through investment in exploration and share issuance. If Rokmaster secures this initial stake, they can further opt to obtain the remaining 40% interest, resulting in Kootenay Resources receiving additional shares and a net smelter returns royalty. The agreement outlines specific investment, share distribution, and drilling requirements to facilitate the gradual acquisition.
