Rocky Mountain Liquor Reveals Board Reshuffle

Rocky Mountain Liquor (TSE:RUM) has released an update.

Rocky Mountain Liquor Inc. is set to introduce changes to its board of directors at the upcoming annual general meeting, with nominations including representatives from Camac Partners, LLC, Byrne Alberta Ltd., and management’s own nominees. The company will propose expanding the board to six members to accommodate new nominees, while long-serving director Robert Normandeau is stepping down after seventeen years. Shareholders of significance, holding over 19% and 22% of common shares respectively, have agreed to support the management’s nominees and abide by standstill and voting provisions until March 2025.
