Rockwood Strategic PLC has announced the issuance of 70,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 259.03 pence each, which will be available for cash purchase on September 20, 2024. Following the issue, the company’s total issued share capital will be 34,372,663 ordinary shares, with the same number of voting rights. Shareholders can use this total as a reference point to determine if they need to notify changes in their shareholding interest.
