Rockwood Strategic PLC (RKW) has announced the issuance of 270,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 254.33 pence each, to take place on October 1, 2024. This will bring the company’s total issued share capital to 34,702,663 ordinary shares, with the same number of voting rights, as there are no treasury shares. Shareholders can use this information as a reference for disclosure obligations under the FCA’s rules.
