Rockwood Strategic Plc has announced a block listing application for 5,614,210 new ordinary shares to meet market demand and satisfy shareholder transactions. These shares, to be listed in addition to an existing block, will be issued at a premium, ensuring no dilution of net asset value for current shareholders, and will rank equally with already issued shares. The block listing is set to become effective on August 1, 2024.
