Rockwood Strategic plc has announced the issuance of 100,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 266.84 pence each, set to take place on September 10, 2024. This will bring the company’s total issued share capital to 34,162,663, all of which will have voting rights, as there are no shares held in treasury.
