Rockwood Strategic plc has announced the issuance of 390,000 new ordinary shares at 253.01 pence each, to be released for cash on August 8, 2024. Following the release, the total number of voting rights in the company will be equal to its issued share capital of 33,539,986 ordinary shares. This move may prompt shareholders to reassess their notifications of interest in accordance with the FCA’s rules.
