Rockwood Strategic Plc is set to issue 205,000 ordinary shares at 251.57 pence per share, expanding its share capital to 36,177,663 shares. This move provides an opportunity for investors to assess their stake in the company as per FCA’s guidelines. With no shares in treasury, the total voting rights will also be 36,177,663.
