Rockpool Acquisitions Plc has reached a settlement with Amcomri Group Limited over a disputed claim related to a failed acquisition. Amcomri agreed to pay £452,500 to Rockpool, which, though less than the originally demanded £543,000, avoids the costs and uncertainties of legal proceedings. Rockpool’s board is now focusing on identifying new acquisition targets.
