Rockfire Resources PLC has successfully raised £660,000 through a placement of 550 million new shares, aiming to accelerate the development of its Molaoi zinc/silver/lead/germanium project in Greece. The company plans to utilize the funds along with its existing cash reserves to continue advancing its critical mineral resources and support ongoing operational expenses. Additionally, a retail offer is proposed to raise up to £120,000, providing existing shareholders an opportunity to participate in the fundraising initiative.
