The latest update is out from Robert Walters ( (GB:RWA) ).

Robert Walters reported first-quarter 2026 trading broadly in line with board expectations, with group net fees down 2% in constant currency but showing sequential improvement on 2025 and returning to year-on-year growth in March. Performance was mixed by region, as Japan, the U.K., Spain and New Zealand delivered growth while northern Europe and parts of the Rest of World portfolio lagged, though closures in weaker markets helped improve the underlying like-for-like profile.

The recruitment outsourcing division returned to growth for the first time since late 2022, supported by resilient spend from retained clients, an expanded volume hiring contract and momentum in consultancy for public sector customers. Management continued to tighten the cost base and shift headcount towards fee earners, lifting net fee income per consultant and improving productivity, while maintaining net cash broadly in line with expectations and signalling that the group is better positioned to benefit when hiring markets recover despite lingering geopolitical and macro risks.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:RWA) stock is a Buy with a £200.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Robert Walters stock, see the GB:RWA Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on RWA Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, RWA is a Neutral.

The score is primarily weighed down by deteriorating financial performance (shrinking revenue, compressed margins, and losses) and a clearly bearish technical trend (price below all key moving averages and negative MACD). Positive operating/free cash flow and a very high dividend yield provide some support, but the sharp decline in free cash flow and loss-making profile keep the overall risk elevated.
