Roadside Real Estate PLC has successfully completed the strategic acquisition of intellectual property rights from Cambridge Sound Technologies Ltd, enhancing the financial terms of its partial stake sale in subsidiary Cambridge Sleep Sciences to CGV Ventures. The revised deal elevates the sale price per share, resulting in Roadside receiving a total consideration of £7.5 million. With this transaction, Roadside’s ownership in Cambridge Sleep Sciences is now approximately 61.4% of the company’s enlarged share capital.
