Roadside Real Estate PLC has raised approximately £20.75 million in gross proceeds via an accelerated bookbuild placing and director subscription at 60 pence per share, a 14.3% discount to the prior closing price. Following admission of 34,583,333 new shares to trading on AIM, Roadside’s total issued share capital will rise to 178,261,137 ordinary shares, slightly diluting existing shareholders but consolidating management’s strategic stake ahead of the Gardner Retail integration.
