Roadside Real Estate PLC has completed the sale of its subsidiary, Barkby Pub Co. Ltd, to PS91 Hospitality Ltd, marking the end of its divestment from the pubs business. The disposal aligns with Roadside’s strategy to concentrate on roadside real estate assets and follows the sale of four pub leases to the same operator earlier in the year. Despite selling the subsidiary at a nominal value and committing to cover historic liabilities, the move is set to streamline Roadside’s business focus.
