Roadside Real Estate PLC has finalized the sale of its pub subsidiary, Barkby Pub Co. Ltd, to PS91 Hospitality Ltd, marking the completion of its strategic shift towards focusing on roadside real estate assets. The company sold Barkby Pub Co. Ltd, which was in a net liability position, for a nominal sum and will cover historic liabilities totaling £0.4m. This transaction represents the last step in Roadside’s divestment program from the pubs business, as they continue to streamline their operations.
