Riverstone Energy Limited (GB:RSE) has released an update.

Riverstone Energy Limited has recently purchased 30,248 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, conducting the transaction through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange at a uniform price of 788.00 per share. Post-transaction, the company’s total shares in issue stand at 25,990,395. The investment firm, which focuses on energy sector opportunities, including decarbonisation and renewable energy, also highlighted the rebranding of its investment Crescent Point Energy Corp to Veren Inc.
