Riverstone Energy Buyback and Rebrand Update

Riverstone Energy Limited (GB:RSE) has released an update.

Riverstone Energy Limited has announced the buyback of 25,000 of its own ordinary shares at a unit price and combined average price of 794.00 GBP on the London Stock Exchange, with the intention to cancel these shares. This transaction leaves the company with 26,030,784 ordinary shares in issue. Additionally, the company’s investment in Crescent Point Energy Corp. has been rebranded to Veren Inc., now trading under the ticker symbol ‘VRN’.
