River Capital Pty Ltd has increased its unconditional off-market takeover bid for Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited, offering $0.105 per share, a significant premium over previous offers and market prices. This new offer price is a 31.25% increase from the original bid and more than double the closing share price before River Capital’s initial acquisition of LPE shares. Shareholders are set to receive payment within seven business days of accepting the offer.
