An announcement from Duxton Water Ltd. ( (AU:RIV) ) is now available.

Rivco reported a modest rise in its unaudited pre-tax net asset value to $1.80 per share in March, driven mainly by higher valuations for high security water entitlements across key trading zones, even as the closing share price remained at $1.43. The company continued to build contracted income by executing a new 1,000 megalitre lease, lifting its committed lease and forward percentage to 68% from July 2026, while operating in a subdued entitlement transaction market influenced by government buyback tenders and facing slightly weaker Southern Basin dam storage levels and spot water prices around $390 to $400 per megalitre.

Lower Murray spot prices ended March near $390 per megalitre before edging to about $400 by mid-April, reflecting ongoing tightness despite softer demand, and Southern Basin dam storages slipped by a weighted average of 1% during the month. Allocation percentages for high security entitlements remained relatively strong across the Goulburn, Murray and Murrumbidgee systems at the start of April, which, combined with Rivco’s expanding lease book, underpins cash flow stability for investors despite subdued trading volumes in the broader water entitlement market.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:RIV) stock is a Buy with a A$1.65 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Duxton Water Ltd. stock, see the AU:RIV Stock Forecast page.
