RIV Capital, an acquisition and investment firm, has successfully obtained approval from its shareholders for a strategic business combination with Cansortium Inc., a leading multi-state cannabis operator. Cansortium’s shareholders have also consented to an amendment proposal related to the business merger, facilitating the creation of a new class of non-voting exchangeable shares.
