Rimfire Pacific Mining Limited (AU:RIM) has released an update.
Rimfire Pacific Mining has announced the release of over 18 million shares from voluntary escrow, following their acquisition of two exploration licenses which bolster their Cobalt Project near Broken Hill, NSW. The release, set for 20 September 2024, adheres to the terms of the Tenement Purchase Agreement with BHA No.1 Pty Ltd. Rimfire, an ASX-listed explorer, is focused on critical minerals essential for renewable energy technologies, holding additional copper and gold projects in New South Wales, and partnering with Golden Plains Resources on other high-value mineral prospects.
