Rimfire Pacific Mining Limited announces the immediate termination of the Fifield Project Earn-in Agreement with Golden Plains Resources following a change of control prompted by a court judgement. The termination leaves Golden Plains with no interest in the project, which includes the Murga North Scandium Prospect with significant mineral resource estimates. In light of these developments, Rimfire has received $1.2 million from option exercises to fund further exploration and plans drilling activities to upgrade and expand mineral resources.
