Riley Gold Corp. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising C$1.5 million through the issuance of 10 million units at C$0.15 each. The placement saw significant investment from Kinross Gold Corporation, which now holds a 9.9% interest in Riley Gold, and included insider participation. The funds raised are subject to a four-month hold period and the private placement is pending regulatory approval.
