Riedel Resources Limited ( (AU:RIE) ) has provided an announcement.
Riedel Resources has appointed experienced mining executive Andrew Dinning as a non-executive director, effective 21 April 2026, following his nomination by Sarama Resources in connection with a proposed transaction between the two companies. Dinning, who has over 35 years’ experience in mine management, exploration and capital markets, particularly in the gold sector, is expected to strengthen Riedel’s technical and corporate capabilities as it pursues growth in its U.S. and Australian projects.
The company also announced the resignation of director Scott Patrizi, thanking him for his service and signalling a reshaping of the board as Riedel advances its gold exploration portfolio. The board changes suggest a closer strategic alignment with Sarama and may position Riedel to better execute its expansion plans in Arizona and Western Australia, with potential implications for project development momentum and investor confidence.
