Rich Capital Holdings Limited has announced that PT Batam Citi Moto Karya intends to withdraw its case against the company’s defendants, including two individuals and subsidiaries relating to a dispute in the Central Jakarta District Court. The company’s legal advisors are proceeding with the formal withdrawal process. It’s also noted that the company’s investment in one of the subsidiaries had been fully impaired in the previous financial year.
