Shareholders of Ri Ying Holdings Ltd., in a unanimous vote during the extraordinary general meeting, have approved the removal of Mr. Sun Wei as a Director and the change of the company’s name to Shing Chi Holdings Limited. The resolutions also included the adoption of the Third Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles, reflecting the company’s new name.
