Ri Ying Holdings Limited has announced plans to change its company name to Shing Chi Holdings Limited, subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM and official registration in the Cayman Islands. The company will also amend its Memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect this change. Additionally, there is a proposal to remove a director, Mr. Sun, which will also be decided upon by shareholder vote.
