RH Petrogas Limited has announced a change in the composition of its Audit Committee, effective April 15, 2025. Dato’ Sri Dr Tiong Ik King will step down as a member, and the committee will now include Ms Kuan Li Li as Chairman, along with members Mr Khoo Kar Khoon, Dr Butler Andrew John, and Ms Lelaina Lim Siew Li. This change does not affect the composition of the company’s Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
