RH Petrogas Limited has announced the upcoming appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Risk Services Pte Ltd as an independent reviewer to investigate whistleblower allegations of bribery and contracting issues within its subsidiary. The review’s findings will be reported to the Audit Committee and SGX RegCo, with an executive summary to be made public on SGXNet.
