RH Petrogas Augments Audit Committee

RH Petrogas Limited (SG:T13) has released an update.

RH Petrogas Limited has announced the expansion of its Audit Committee with the addition of two existing independent directors, Mr Khoo Kar Khoon and Dr Butler Andrew John, effective from April 18, 2024. The inclusion strengthens the committee, now comprising six members, with Mr Lee Hock Lye serving as the Chairman. Other committees within the company remain unaffected by this change.
