Reyna Silver Corp. is launching a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $1,000,000 CAD by offering units to investors at $0.16 each, with attached warrants allowing the purchase of additional shares. The funding is intended to enhance the company’s drilling campaign at the Gryphon project in Nevada, with the first tranche expected to close by May 10, 2024. This initiative, which has attracted interest from both new and existing investors, will not be subject to a hold period, facilitating immediate trading of the securities.
