Reyna Silver Corp. has modified the terms of its option agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Medicine Springs project, deferring a cash payment and increasing equity compensation. The agreement, which reflects the company’s commitment to the project’s potential, extends the payment schedule and includes additional common shares.
