Rex Resources Corp. has announced Michael Leahy as its new director, following Isidro Flores Vasquez’s departure to pursue other opportunities. The company has also engaged Earl Hope for a one-year investor relations consultancy to enhance market visibility and investor interest in the company’s stock. Additionally, Rex Resources has granted a total of 400,000 stock options to Leahy and Hope as part of their respective agreements.
