Rex Minerals Limited has announced a shareholder meeting to vote on the acquisition of the company by MACH Metals Australia Pty Ltd, with the unanimous recommendation from Rex Directors in favor of the scheme, provided no better proposal arises. An Independent Expert’s Report attached to the Scheme Booklet suggests the deal is fair and reasonable for shareholders. The Scheme Meeting is set for October 10, 2024, with a follow-up court hearing on October 15, pending shareholder approval.
