Revolution Bars Group has acknowledged ongoing speculation by confirming a preliminary discussion with Nightcap plc concerning potential transactions, including a possible takeover bid for the company’s shares. However, there is no guarantee that a formal offer will be made by Nightcap. An official statement is expected by the 30th of May, as per the regulations set by the Takeover Panel.
