RevoluGROUP Canada Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement targeting $1 million by selling units at $0.05, with additional warrants exercisable at $0.10. The initiative comes amidst conversations between the Company’s ex-CEO, Steve Marshall, and the current Chairman, following a period of significant growth and strategic achievements under Marshall’s leadership.
