Revez Corporation Ltd. convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on July 29, 2024, at Raffles Marina Ltd in Singapore, with Chairman Mr. Hor Siew Fu presiding and a quorum present. The EGM, which involved no questions from shareholders, proceeded to poll voting on resolutions, including a Proposed Change of Name, under the oversight of appointed polling agent Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services and independent scrutineer CitadelCorp.
