Revel Collective plc, a prominent UK operator of bars and pubs, completed a significant restructuring and fundraise in 2024, receiving £12.5 million to position itself for future growth. Despite a challenging year with a slight reduction in total sales to £149.5 million due to bar closures, the company saw strong performance in its Peach Pubs and Revolución de Cuba brands. The new leadership team aims to capitalize on these successes and explore expansion opportunities, while reducing debt and focusing on profitable sites.
