REV Exploration Corp., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$1.2 million through the issuance of common shares and units. The offering includes a LIFE Offering and a Concurrent Placement, with proceeds intended for exploration, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
