ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. has amended its Securities Purchase Agreement with investors, changing the purchase price per share from $1.00 to $4.00 following a 10-for-one share combination. This adjustment reflects on the aggregate $15 million in common shares sold to the purchasers. The amendment also stipulates conditions under which shares must be returned if the revised subscription amount is not paid.
