Reti S.p.A. closed 2025 with a 10.3% rise in value of production to €35.62 million, driven by its core IT solutions business and expanded client portfolio, while net profit increased 14.1% to €1.44 million despite a lower EBITDA margin amid higher personnel investment to attract and retain talent. The board approved the 2025 financial statements and impact report, proposed a €0.06 per-share dividend with a payout ratio above 50%, outlined continued efforts to strengthen financial solidity and innovation, and called a shareholders’ meeting that will also vote on renewing authorization for share buybacks and appointed the supervisory body for 2026.
Net financial debt edged up to €3.92 million, though leverage linked to the technological campus decreased and cash rose to €1.61 million, reflecting disciplined capital management alongside ongoing development projects. The company, which holds about 2.45% of its share capital as treasury shares, highlighted its strategic role as a long-term transformation partner in a rapidly evolving tech landscape marked by cloud, generative AI and cyber security, signalling confidence in the resilience of its business model after the passing of its founder.
