Retail Food Group Limited has fully launched their innovative eCommerce platform, Donut King Occasions, across Queensland, with 50% of local stores joining the service. This platform allows customers to order celebratory goods online with an average transaction value almost four times higher than in-store purchases, providing franchisees with a new revenue stream that requires minimal additional labor and no extra rent. After the Queensland rollout, a national launch is scheduled for the coming months.
