Retail Food Group Limited has announced the issue of 33,333,333 new ordinary shares as part of the consideration for acquiring Beefy’s Pies, a transaction detailed previously on November 30, 2023. The shares will be quoted on the ASX under the code ‘RFG’ following the satisfaction of certain conditions, including retail lease consents. This move represents a significant expansion for the company, which is set to complete on June 24, 2024.
