Respiri Limited (AU:RSH) has released an update.

Respiri Limited has announced the issuance of 6,200,000 new fully paid ordinary shares, which will be quoted on the ASX under the code RSH, with an issue date of October 3, 2024. These shares have been issued in settlement of consulting fees and are subject to a 12-month voluntary escrow period from the date of issue.
