Resources Global Development Limited has successfully completed a share split, increasing its issued capital to S$6,000,000 with a new total of 450,000,000 shares. The shares have begun trading with a new stock code ‘V7R’, replacing the old ‘QSD’ code, and are now updated in the company’s Register of Members. This restructure aims to make stock ownership more accessible and improve liquidity.
