Resources Global Development Limited has successfully completed a share split, increasing its issued capital to S$6,000,000 with a new total of 450,000,000 shares. The shares have begun trading with a new stock code ‘V7R’, replacing the old ‘QSD’ code, and are now updated in the company’s Register of Members.
