Resources & Energy Group Limited has reported a change in the interests of director Richard Poole, who acquired 8,333,333 ordinary shares at $0.012 each, increasing his total holdings to 76,320,635 shares. This transaction, approved by shareholders, settles outstanding invoices for services rendered. There were no changes in the director’s interests in contracts, and the trading did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
