Resmed (RMD) has provided an announcement.
Christopher DelOrefice has joined the board of directors at ResMed Inc., bringing his extensive financial expertise as the current CFO of Becton Dickinson and former financial executive at Johnson & Johnson. His term is set to last until the 2024 annual stockholders meeting in November. DelOrefice will also contribute to ResMed’s audit committee, and he will be covered under the company’s standard indemnification agreement, protecting him against certain liabilities related to his director role. He will receive compensation according to ResMed’s director compensation program.
