Resmed Inc CHESS Depositary Interests on a ratio of 10 CDIs per ord.sh (AU:RMD) has released an update.
ResMed Inc has announced an update to the foreign exchange rate for their upcoming dividend payment, set at 0.6609 U.S. dollars for every Australian dollar. CDI holders on the Australian Securities Exchange will receive 0.0802 Australian dollars per CDI. Beneficial owners can reduce the U.S. withholding tax on dividends from 30% to 15% by submitting the appropriate forms to Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited.
